Our Winter Speaker Series kicks off with writer Marie Danielle Annette Williams here to discuss her recent book, “Loyalists in the Adirondacks.” Williams will detail the often-overlooked conflict in the Adirondack region during the American Revolution, focusing on the struggles between Loyalists and Patriots for control of key waterways like the Hudson and Lake Champlain. Ms. Williams is an educator and independent historian living in Upstate New York. This is a virtual talk which will be held on Zoom. All SCHS members will receive a link in advance of the program.
