In this weaving workshop, you will learn basic weaving techniques by making a
brioche you can wear on a short sleeve blouse. With everything you need to
complete the project, the kit is curated and crafted sustainably. The workshop is a
great way to have fun, learn a new skill, and upcycle your summer wardrobe with a
little something handmade. Sarah will walk you through the project step-by-step and
you will have the time to finish. Enjoy the view in the back gardens of The Brouwer
House Creative while you weave. If it ends up raining, weave in the kitchen instead.
By providing therapeutic, educational and support services, Sarah Boink is a fiber
artist and founder of Sizz Handmade, a lifestyle business that embodies her skill
and passion of improving people’s lives through the art of weaving. Sizz Handmade
is located on top floor of The Brouwer House Creative. Tickets are $50 and include all materials.
