Our pricing structure for weddings is as follows. For the full details, please view our sample rental contract.

Dutch Barn Wedding Rental: $2,500
Cleaning Deposit (refundable): $500
Sunday cleanup fee (optional): $150
Additional hour usage (optional): $25/hour for setup or $50/hour for reception
Additional days for tent erection (optional): $100/day

Our sites are also popular destinations for corporate retreats, family reunions, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, and more! Our pricing structure for events is as follows:

Barn Rental, non-wedding: $100/hour plus additional $25/hour for events held during non-operating hours (evenings and Sundays)
Cleaning Deposit: $250

Pavilion Rental: $35/hour plus additional $25/hour for events held during non-operating hours (evenings and Sundays)
