FallFest Mabee

Sunday, October 9, 2022

Ah, autumn! It’s our favorite time of year at the Mabee Farm, and arguably the best. Is there anything better than the smokey scent of the blacksmith’s forge, the yearly bounty of pumpkins, and the magnificent colors of fall foliage set against the Mohawk River? October on the Farm is perfect, really, made all the more so by the crafters and artists who will fill the grounds. Join us for a truly spectacular celebration of autumn and its bounty. And hey, why not do a little holiday shopping while you’re here.

Festival of Trees

Join us for the 2022 holiday season in strengthening our community, and providing a space for cheer and goodwill. By sponsoring a tree at the Festival of Trees, you are bringing brightness to visitors, helping two vital non-profits to fulfill their missions, and also making your mark in front of thousands of people from throughout the Capital Region.

The annual Festival of Trees is a celebration of the season, presented in partnership by YWCA NorthEastern NY and the Schenectady County Historical Society. During the festival, we welcome visitors to our sites to enjoy beautifully decorated displays of shimmering fir trees. The Festival of Trees runs from Saturday, December 3 through Friday, December 23. All proceeds of the festival benefit the numerous programs and services provided by both the SCHS and YWCA NorthEastern NY.

Sponsorships start at just $25, and are open to everyone in the community! For full details, download the Festival of Trees brochure.

Registration for vendors will open in fall 2022.
