She'll delves into how apples became so integral to American foodways, moving from a colonial staple to a symbol of national cuisine
Part of SCHS' America at 250 project, this exhibition explores the story of Schenectady and Schenectadians during the American Revolution, weaving together different “threads” of the Revolutionary War-era. See the rare and significant Revolutionary Liberty Flag, alongside artifacts and documents that explore how Schenectadians contributed to and were shaped by the birth of the United States.
