Join us this holiday season as we learn to make rum balls, seasoned with a dash of local history!  Certified personal chef Jen Sternfeld will take us on a hands-on journey from start to finish as we craft this festive and boozy holiday treat. We’ll also mix up a batch of spiced rum — perfect to take home, or to give as a gift!

Chef Jen is the owner and chef of Dinner Vacations, and an SCHS member. She is a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Institute (USPCI).
