The Schenectady County Historical Society and the Electric City Food Co-op are teaming up once again to present Mabee Farm to Fork, a celebration of local foods!
Join us for a pastoral evening in the Barn at Mabee Farm, as we celebrate the farm-to-table tradition. Our four-course meal features locally-grown foods served alongside craft beverages, live music by the Arch Stanton Quartet, silent auction and raffle with great prizes, and farm demonstrations. We’re even sourcing ingredients from Mabee Farm’s own fields, and baking our special Mabee rye bread!
This year’s Mabee Farm to Fork will be held on Saturday, October 5th. Tickets start at $50.
Consider joining us as a Farm to Fork sponsor! Your support of this harvest event will expand both organizations’ reach into the community and demonstrate your commitment to bringing the history of Mabee Farm to life and local food to our tables. Benefits for sponsors include your listing or logo on the SCHS website and in the event program, as well as in social media tags that reach hundreds of thousands of people in our community.
